These qualitative tapas can be served in a few moments, which is convenient on a busy afternoon or evening with the current limited availability of good chefs and personnel.

All oventapas can be prepared in the oven at the same time with the same duration. 10-12 minutes 180 °C. The croquetas have to be prepared in the fryer.
